ALL GROUP PARTIES or HEN / STAG PARTIES – A cash deposit of £25.00 will be required from each guest upon arrival which will be returned to the Guests seven days after departure by bank transfer, provided there have been no damages to the property and/or the noise officers have not been called out during your stay.
