Bedroom 4: 2 x single beds (can be opened to accommodate for 13 guests. Please note this is on the ground floor within the garage conversion.) Off road parking for 1 x car is also available The first floor holds an open-plan kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area and large lounge with a double sofa bed. A small balcony with bistro furniture, offers views over Baiter Park and Poole Harbour. The top floor comprises of further bedrooms: Bedroom 1: 1 x double bedroom. Bedroom 2: 1 x double bedroom and 1 x adult size bunk bed. The family bathroom is on this floor. Available for weekend breaks, short breaks, wedding receptions, family functions, week-long holidays, corporate training, entertaining and much more. ALL GROUP PARTIES or HEN / STAG PARTIES – A cash deposit of £25.00 will be required from each guest upon arrival which will be returned to the Guests seven days after departure by bank transfer, provided there have been no damages to the property and/or the noise officers have not been called out during your stay.
