A utility area accesses onto a patio garden, containing outside dining area and gas bbq. Bedroom 4: 2 x single beds (can be opened to accommodate for 13 guests. Please note this is on the ground floor within the garage conversion.) Off road parking for 1 x car is also available
The first floor holds an open-plan kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area and large lounge with a double sofa bed. A small balcony with bistro furniture, offers views over Baiter Park and Poole Harbour.
The top floor comprises of further bedrooms: Bedroom 1: 1 x double bedroom. Bedroom 2: 1 x double bedroom and 1 x adult size bunk bed. The family bathroom is on this floor.
