Q) How do I know what amenities and facilities each property offers?
A) When you find a property on the property menu that looks as if it will suit your requirements click on it. This will bring up a comprehensive specification sheet with locations, description and a full list of amenities.

Q) What do I need to bring?
A) Deluxe Holiday Homes pride themselves on our attention to detail. We offer comprehensively-furnished properties, fully cleaned ready for your arrival. All bed linen and towels are provided except when stated.
We also include enough essentials to get you started such as toilet rolls, soap, dishcloths, bin bags, clothes washing tablets, and dishwasher tablets (where dishwashers are available).
Q) What about cleaning products?
A) A full set of cleaning products is left within the property for use during your stay. We kindly ask that you leave these in situ on your departure.
Q) Can I arrange a grocery delivery prior to arrival?
A) Deluxe Holiday Homes is proud to provide a home shop service. If you preorder on line from your chosen supermarket Deluxe Holiday Homes will receive it prior to your arrival and goods/beverages will be placed in the chiller or where required for a small charge.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we can arrange a time for groceries or goods to be delivered.
Q) How do I reserve a property?
A) Once you have found a property on our website or other websites that we use to advertise on and which suits your requirements please telephone or email our sales team on 01202 708499/07799392737 or email email@example.com to see if it is available. In order to secure your dates you will need to pay a £250 non refundable deposit which will be deducted off the balance. You must however complete and return the completed booking form and last pages of the Terms and Conditions along with your payment.
Q) When do you require the remaining balance?
A) The balance is payable no less than 8 weeks prior to your holiday commencing. If your stay commences less than 8 weeks ahead of your booking date, the full amount is due immediately.
Q) Are there any card payment surcharges?
A) We pass on the surcharge charged to us. Credit cards are 2%, business credit cards 3% but for debit cards there is no surcharge. In addition, no surcharge applies for sterling cheque payments.
Q Why must i fill out the booking form if i am unsure of who is coming until nearer the dates of arrival?
A) Deluxe Holiday Homes are private homes and owners do like to have a breakdown of your group. It is also an insurance and health and safety requirement that Deluxe Holiday Home knows who is staying at a property in the instance of a fire.
All booking forms and last pages of Terms & Conditions must be signed, completed and with our accounts department before arrival. Please email; firstname.lastname@example.org
Deluxe Holiday Homes reserve the right not to allow anyone to enter our homes without these forms being signed.
Q) I have special needs or mobility impairment. How do I know the property will be suitable for me?

Q) Can I bring my pet?
A) Deluxe Holiday Homes welcomes your cuddly companions with open arms in most of our deluxe properties. Why leave your pets behind or at kennels when they can be walking with you on the Jurassic coast or along the famous Dorset beaches. Q) Can I invite additional guests?
